Assessment
We are experienced in undertaking landscape and visual impact assessments, both as stand-alone documents and as part of the EIA process. Our approach is thorough and rigorous ensuring that the assessment is fit for purpose thereby cost effective, whilst also being robust in case of scrutiny at public inquiry.
We also undertake to produce landscape capacity and feasibility studies for proposed developments.

We have extensive experience of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) for onshore windfarms and hydroelectric power generation schemes.

We ensure that the landscape designations and landscape character areas within the study area of the proposed renewable energy development are properly considered and represented.
LVIA work overlaps with ecology, archaeology and leisure and recreation. We are adept at liaising with other consultants.
